Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
- Change of Mind (10 Days Return Window)
 - You may return your order within 10 days of delivery if you have changed your mind.
 - The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories/manuals intact.
 - Only products purchased directly from our website are eligible.
 
Damaged or Missing Items
- Claims for shortages, damages, or products marked as delivered but not received must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
 - An unboxing video or images are mandatory to process such claims.

Non-Returnable Items
- Any products that are personalized, opened, or used are not eligible for returns or refunds.
 
Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
 - For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a Kadam Colors Gift Voucher with no expiry date.
