Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not been processed or dispatched.

Once processed, cancellations are not guaranteed and will be handled in accordance with our return policy.

Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Change of Mind (10 Days Return Window)

You may return your order within 10 days of delivery if you have changed your mind.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories/manuals intact.

Only products purchased directly from our website are eligible.

Damaged or Missing Items
Claims for shortages, damages, or products marked as delivered but not received must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

An unboxing video or images are mandatory to process such claims.

Non-Returnable Items
Any products that are personalized, opened, or used are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a Kadam Colors Gift Voucher with no expiry date.
