Whether it’s cotton, linen, jute, silk, georgette, rayon, wool, or other natural fabrics, our dyes are easy to use and deliver beautiful, long-lasting results. FAQs

We recommend dyeing your fabric on a medium-high flame setting (70°C - 80°C) in a stainless steel vessel for 25-30 minutes.

You can dye all types of materials using Kadam Pakka Rang except for polyester blends and certain synthetic fabrics, such as Lycra, Spandex, Elastic.

1. Soak your fabric in tap water.

2. Heat 10-15 Liters of tap water to 70-80 ℃ in a stainless-steel container.

3. Add 2-3 tablespoons of salt for cotton, linen, rayon, denim, jute

4. Add 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar for nylon, silk, wool, georgette, chiffon.

4. Add 1 sachet of Kadam Pakka Rang and stir well on high heat.

5. Submerge your fabric in the dyebath and dye it for 25-30 minutes.

6. Add 1 DyFix sachet in a separate 5L container with tap water.

7. Transfer your dyed fabric to the DyFix solution and keep it for 15 minutes.

8. Rinse the fabric after DyFix until excess color stops bleeding.

9. Avoid direct sunlight while drying your fabric.

Yes, you absolutely can! However, for brighter and more consistent results, we recommend preparing a fresh dye bath when dyeing new fabric. This ensures that the color remains vibrant and evenly distributed, giving your creations the best possible finish.
