We recommend dyeing your fabric on a medium-high flame setting (70ยฐC - 80ยฐC) in a stainless steel vessel for 25-30 minutes.
You can dye all types of materials using Kadam Pakka Rang except for polyester blends and certain synthetic fabrics such as Lycra, Spandex, Elastic.
- Soak your fabric in tap water.
- Heat 10-15 Liters of tap water to 70-80 โ in a stainless-steel container.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of salt for cotton, linen, rayon, denim, jute
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar for nylon, silk, wool, georgette, chiffon.
- Add 1 sachet of Kadam Pakka Rang and stir well on high heat.
- Submerge your fabric in the dyebath and dye it for 25-30 minutes.
- Add 1 DyFix sachet in a separate 5L container with tap water.
- Transfer your dyed fabric to the DyFix solution and keep it for 15 minutes.
- Rinse the fabric after DyFix until excess color stops bleeding.
- Avoid direct sunlight while drying your fabric.
