1 Kadam Tie Dye kit can dye up to 5 T-shirts or equivalent fabric, making it ideal for group activities or larger projects.
You can tie-dye almost all types of fabrics, except polyester blends like Lycra, Spandex, or Elastic. For the best results, it's important to prewash your fabric before dyeing with Prewash Fixative powder or vinegar:
For fabrics such as Cotton, Linen, Jute, Viscose, Rayon, Denim, and Cotton Satin, we recommend using a Prewashing Fixative Powder.
For delicate materials like Nylon, Wool, Georgette, Chiffon, Silk, and Net, prewash them in a vinegar solution (3-4 tablespoons of vinegar mixed with 1 liter of water) instead of the Prewashing Fixative Powder. This preparation ensures vibrant, even dyeing results.
Allow the dye to set for 8-12 hours in the ziplock bag for the best results.
